Our Story
In July 2012 Ben and Rodger created the parent company, Portage County Tech Solutions, to custom-build gaming PC’s for gamers and for business solutions.
Just like any tech company it evolved with the times and so did the the name. Today the company is an online digital solutions company.
Helping businesses create a web presence, ranking locally, and getting the customers in which they desire.
Each customer has a problem and our customers sell the product or service that solves their particular problem. We help them find each other.

Our Mission
Our mission at Digital Bloomz is to establish a thriving online presence for our valued clients. Recognizing each business’s uniqueness and its varying budgetary constraints, we are dedicated to working within those boundaries.
Unlike other agencies, we believe in flexibility and do not require long-term contracts. If at any point you feel that your company and Digital Bloomz are not the perfect match, we part ways amicably.

Meet The Team
Rodger
Digital Strategist and President, with a degree from Hiram College. Rodger served 15 years with the Army National Guard. He has business experience for the last 38 years with various large corporations, including non-profit groups (American Legion, Animal Protective League, etc. ). Rodger helps with online presence from web design, SEO, Keyword research and digital advertising.

Susan
Susan is our chief Web Design and Digital Content Manager. She has always had a passion for reading, writing, photography, and design which she has applied to her career at Digital Bloomz. You can count on her to fine-tune your site to your needs while maintaining a professional and dynamic display.
