Our Story
In July 2012, Ben and Rodger created the parent company, Portage County Tech Solutions, to custom-build gaming PC’s for gamers and for business solutions.
Just like any tech company, it evolved with the times, and so did the name. Today, the company is an online digital solutions company.
Helping businesses create a web presence, ranking locally, and getting the customers that they are searching for.

Susan Meekins
Leading Content & Design Manager
From building websites start-to-finish to auditing, enhancing, and optimizing existing sites, Susan works across multiple platforms with ease. She fine-tunes websites for all devices, anticipates where strategic improvements are needed for the user experience, writes blog posts and updates, and implements our best SEO practices. If it’s visual, strategic, or needs polish, Susan’s got it covered.
Jessica Fox
Digital Strategist
Jessica is a senior at Kent State University earning her Bachelor’s in Emerging Media & Technology. At Digital Bloomz, Jessica wears many (very stylish) hats - crafting engaging content, designing eye-catching visuals, managing social media strategy, editing video, and helping brands tell their stories in ways that actually connect.
When she’s not building websites or brainstorming her next campaign, she’s diving into fantasy novels or twirling through local Renaissance festivals - because she firmly believes life should feel a little magical.
Tori Holland
Digital Strategist
As one of our talented SEO specialists and web designers, Tori helps businesses grow strong roots online. From search optimization and blog management to social media strategy and website design, she’s constantly nurturing brands so they can bloom beautifully in the digital space.
But that’s not all. Tori is currently attending Kent State University, pursuing a degree in Psychology and American Sign Language. (Yes, she understands both search engines and people. A powerful combo.)
Fun fact? While most of the DB team runs on coffee… Tori proudly fuels her brilliance with tea.
James
Digital Strategist
James is our newest digital strategist currently majoring in Emerging Media & Technology at Kent State University, with a minor in Web Design. James is sharpening his skills in web application development, responsive web design, project management, and C++ programming. When he’s not optimizing CRM automations or helping polish a website, you’ll likely find him leveling up in his favorite video games, because strategic thinking doesn’t stop after office hours.
