Booking a flight

How Booking Your Drone Shoot Works

From your first message to finished footage, here is what happens at each stage.

Request a Quote

Tell us the address, what you want captured, and where the footage will be used: your website, a listing, social media, or ads. Quotes are free.

Start

Site & Airspace Check

Jeff reviews the location, checks FAA airspace rules, and requests flight authorization if the site is near an airport. He notes trees, power lines, and crowds so every angle is planned safely.

Step 1

Quote & Shot List

You get a quote with the shot list, what you’ll receive, and a delivery date. Approve it and we put your flight on Jeff’s calendar.

Step 2

Flight Day

Jeff arrives early, runs his pre-flight safety checks, and captures your photos and video. If wind or rain would hurt the footage, we pick a backup date with you.

Step 3

Edit & Delivery

We edit the best shots and deliver photos and clips sized for your website, social media, and Google Business Profile. Digital Bloomz clients can have us add them for you.

Questions

Drone Photography Northeast Ohio FAQ

Is your drone pilot licensed?

Yes. Our pilot, Jeff Meekins, holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, the license the FAA requires for any paid drone work.

How much does drone photography cost?

Every project is quoted on its own, based on the location, how much we need to capture, and what you want delivered. Quotes are free.

Can you fly near an airport or in town?

Often, yes. Before every flight we check the airspace and request FAA authorization where it’s required. If a spot can’t be flown legally, we’ll tell you up front.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Wind and rain keep drones on the ground. We watch the forecast and choose a new flight date with you.

How soon do I get my photos and video?

We’ll give you a delivery date with your quote, based on how much editing the project needs.

Do you serve areas outside Kent?

Yes. We fly across Northeast Ohio, including Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and Portage County.
